Freedom: 5-Ways to Live Free from Stress

The stress we experience in daily life originates from a
variety of areas. Our jobs and relationships provide an
environment for stress to consume us. It is detrimental
to our health and quality of life. A stressful
environment triggers weight gain, depression, acute
illness, and inflammation.
It is impossible to avoid negative individuals and
conflicts. But, the word of God encourages us to beat the
stress in our lives. John 16:33b states, “In the world ye
shall have tribulations: but be of good cheer; I have
overcome the world.”(KJV)
“God supplies the
answers we need in
the bible and in
prayer.”
The question becomes, "What can we do to lower our
stress levels?" We must be intentional about what we
eat, our daily routine and how we care for ourselves.
