O LWO MIL The entrance to main campus underwent a makeover this summer and fall, creating a new traffic flow in and around main campus. In September, a newly relocated University Drive was opened to through traffic; a continuous right-turn lane on Jubal Early Drive was opened; the Millwood Avenue entrance to Halpin-Harrison Hall was closed; and the remaining stretch of Millwood Avenue in front of Shenandoah University was closed. A new access road, between the Lowry Tennis Courts and the Armory building, now connects Halpin-Harrison Hall to main campus.
