Candis Miller, DHA, FACHE
Dr. Candis Miller was awarded her doctorate in Health Administration from A. T. Still University of Health Sciences in 2022 and recently became a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives, the nation’ s leading professional society for healthcare leaders. Her dissertation,“ Exploring Health Administrator and Resident Physician Views on Strategies to Reduce Fatigue in Residency Training Settings,” was a qualitative, phenomenological study that explored how health administrators and resident physicians perceive fatigue mitigation and their understanding of fatigue mitigation strategies. She received her Master of Legal Studies from the Catholic University of America – Columbus School of Law, and Bachelor of Arts, cum laude, from Loyola University Maryland. Dr. Miller currently serves as the Director of Graduate Medical Education in the College of Medicine at CDU.
