Learning Strand:
The learning strand that it relates to is global environment in business. It falls within the category of invention/innovation. It relates to this strand because the Samsung Company has released a new innovative product for the consumers. This invention of theirs may help the company achieve profit and have more consumers to buy this product. This will allow the global environment for the business to become successful if the watch has made profit globally. It will increase business across global market if product is in demand is liked by consumers. This will help the Samsung Company to develop more as well.
Thoughts and Opinions:
My opinion on this invention is that it is efficient for today’s generation since they are heavily based on and rely on technology so much. This smart watch consists of many great features that allow people to carry fewer devices with them and because it is small and it goes on the wrist, it is much easier for people to have. To make it look like a regular watch, but have it contain so much makes it more unique. I feel that this watch is a great invention that can be useful to others. Although I feel that the price is expensive and not many would want to pay as much for a watch. There may be comparisons of apple watches to Samsung and it may lose business if people pick the other companies over Samsung. Some may not want to purchase a watch if they already have a phone or tablet that contains similar features.

Why: The smartwatch is being sold due to it being a demand in modern culture and being efficient to many people in today’s generation because they are dependent on technology.
How: It was created the by the Samsung company and they wanted to make an innovative product for all consumers to use. It is run by the software program which is known as Tizen.
