The collaborative is excited to hit the ground running with the implementation of its 2024-29 Strategic Plan . SFCN ’ s Director will lead the charge in partnership with the Executive Co-Chairs , Steering Committee , and the collaborative ’ s partners .
The road ahead will involve : Developing action teams to advance strategic priorities and initiatives Establishing clear metrics and outcomes for initiatives
Continuing to center children and families in Environmental Justice Communities
Achieving success in implementing and stewarding these actions relies on the dedication and commitment of each one of us .
