ATEL MAURITIUS Hotel & Tourism Business School, has been the leader in
the Hotel Management Schools in Mauritius for the past 10 years.
We believe that the tourism industry in Mauritius remains the main pillar of
the destination and in order to make it a sustainable sector, we must thrive to
reinforce the competencies of manpower through quality training in the hotels
and other hospitality businesses.
This year VATEL MAURITIUS has signed a partnership with SAF MAURITIUS to
deliver joint certification through high end training from successful restaurateurs,
chefs and other professionals.
SERVICE À LA FRANÇAISE alongside VATEL will bring an exposure of the best
international luxury standards trainings for staff through classes given by the
best french craftsmen « Meilleurs Ouvriers de France ».
The ultimate objective is that Mauritius benefits from a structured training
programme coming from the best and most renowned craftsmen coming to
transfer their knowledge to the paradise island of Mauritius.
This new project aims at achieving the « Journey towards Excellence ». We believe
that this will create a better staff retention plan and will engage the latter to grow
into a more skillful and valuable resource in their respective establishments.
We are eager to witness the local workforce in Mauritius unleash their talents
