FISH is a philosophy that we have adopted. It is a way of prodiving an amazing experience for all of our customers.
The FISH! philosophy was created at the world-famous Seattle fish market. Every day the employees are faced with a tough and challenging job. One day they decided they wanted to be famous and be the best they could be. The FISH philosophy was born. The FISH philosophy is made up of four parts:
Always find ways of creating energy and having fun in store. If you have fun, your customer will have fun too. It makes their time in store more memorable and they’re more likely to return.
Always stop what you’re doing and acknowledge the customer when they enter the store with a smile, eye contact and a positive greeting.
Always provide a positive comment or compliment and remember the last thing you do for a customer is the first thing they remember.
Always remember the choice is yours. By choosing a positive attitude, you can create a positive atmosphere for both our customers and our team.
