This book will guide you through Juicy Couture’s service expectations as well as teaching you how to deliver an amazing customer service experience to each of our customers.
If our customer service standards aren’t up to scratch the customer will not hang around long enough for us to even attempt at making a sale. It’s customer service that takes us to the next level, it wows the customer and will absolutely give them a reason to return and tell their friends.
