Dogs rely heavily on facial expressions and body language, so that makes a lot of sense. A better angle could help them better interpret what you ' re trying to tell them. Of course, your dog ' s head tilt could mean several things. And another strong possibility is your dog knows that head tilts make its favorite person happy. Dogs are incredibly smart, and will often repeat behavior that gets a positive reaction- likely hoping for a hug or treat- or maybe just to make their favorite person smile!
