Step 7 Now you’ re ready to slowly peel away your stencil – repeat the process until, your entire panel of fondant is stencilled.
Step 8 Keep in mind the fondant panel now has a‘ top’ and bottom’ – in this case I’ m wanting my stencil to appear at the‘ top’ of my cake.
Step 9 Using a rolling pin, gently wrap / roll the stencilled fondant around it, and using the‘ panel method’ wrap your cake as normal keeping the end of the rolling pin at the‘ top’ of the panel.
