To create an uneven effect, use the pinching method to break off small pieces of fondant from the top. Repeat this method to cover every tier
Step 23 When you have completed covering every tier place the 8” tier on the cake board first.

Add the 7-inch and 5-inch tiers next, following the diagram provided.

Roll out the fondant to cover the cake board, using a 12-inch board as a guide to cut it into the desired shape
Step 26 To ensure the fondant fits properly around the cake & board, use an 8-inch cake board to cut out the centre
