Step 6 To achieve a stone fondant effect on each tier, I used white fondant, cutting it into chunky, irregular shapes. This technique will be consistently applied across all tiers.
Step 7 Gently apply a chef ' s torch to the edges of each piece, taking care not to brown them. This method will give the fondant a textured finish as it cools, resulting in edges that feel slightly rough to the touch.

Gently press the pieces together, allowing them to slightly overlap to create a cohesive surface. Shape it into a rectangle, preparing it for rolling out.
