Third layer: more upright petals. Angle your tip to about 60-90 ° to help the petals stand taller and fit closer together. Keep rotating the cupcake slightly as you pipe. This layer usually has 6 – 8 petals.
Top tip: keep your nozzle clean by wiping with a damp paper towel.
Step 7 Final layer: upright centre petals. Hold your tip at 90 °, piping short, upright petals using a side-toside motion if space is tight. Finish with about 3-5 petals to fill the centre.
Pro Tips: Check the consistency of your COPHA pure white frosting before you start the next flower as the warmth from your hands can cause it to become too soft.
