Step 1 Assemble your cupcakes as guided by the recipe. Make sure you allow your cupcakes to cool completely before icing with COPHA pure white frosting.

Assemble your equipment for decorating the cupcakes.

Prepare the COPHA pure white frosting by laying out a piece of cling film, then place 100g of frosting on to the centre in a line with one end wider than another. Roll it up into a cone shape, twist the ends and cut off the narrow end.
Place inside the piping bag fitted with the Loyal # 104 piping tip insitu. Twist the top to prevent it from squeezing out the wrong end and secure with an elastic band.
Pro Tips: Use medium consistency COPHA pure white frosting— too stiff and it will crack, too soft and it won’ t hold shape. Don’ t overfill your piping bag- it ' s easier to use with a smaller amount.
