Step 1
Frost a 6 ” cake with white chocolate ganache ( you can use buttercream too . Make sure it ’ s set )

Make the decorations : Decoration 1 : create some rain drop shapes with white modelling chocolate

Decoration 2 : Create more rain drops but this time flat the thick portion with your thumb

Decoration 3 : Using a star modelling tool , wrap a small portion of modelling chocolate around it
Step 5 Step 6 Step 7 Decoration 4 : Roll some modelling chocolate and cut small circles ( 2-3 cm ), fold them and cut them in half
Decoration 5 : Using a gnocchi maker , roll on top of it a 5-6 ” modelling chocolate sausage , to create this texture . ( you can use anything , from a cheese grater to a fork )
Decoration 6 : Roll some modelling chocolate and make some leaves using different petal / leave cutters and a veiner
Step 8 Decoration 7 : To create this texture , roll small amount of modelling chocolate and connect them on the base .
