t was the mens and womens basketball sides that stole the headlines, with both receiving bronze medals for their efforts.

Bavaria Blue Stars man, Thomas Yome was a key player for Gibraltar throughout the tournament. We caught up with him to get his thoughts on experiencing 'The Games' on home soil.

Having players coming back from different clubs tested our team chemistry but we all bought into the same end goal, and worked hard to achieve it. Our fans were there every step of the way, cheering us on, fighting with us and winning with us. The support we received was vital to our success in winning the bronze medal and for that I would like to thank every single person who came down to watch any of the men’s and women’s basketball games".
