KATIE ROSE AT
FARMER’S MARKET
This Saturday, Katie Rose
brings her talent to the gazebo in
the middle of the Lancaster
Farmers’ Market. Katie Rose
uses her sweet sounds and
unique songwriting style to make
a positive impact on the world
around her. A three-time recording artist, Katie performs at
various venues in New Hampshire and New England. Katie
also uses her songwriting and
performance skills to benefit
non-profit organizations, such as
The Way Home in Manchester,
N.H., the Cancer Relay For Life,
and numerous others. She has
performed at The Big E in West
Springfield, Mass., and was
named an honoree of the 2010
Union Leader Top Forty Under
Forty.
While she serenades, the Lancaster Farmers’ Market will be
in full swing. Farmers will bring
their bountiful produce, cheese,
and meat for the Market’s customers buying pleasure. Squash,
corn, melons, tomatoes, and so
much more, if it’s in season, it’s
at the Lancaster Farmers’ Market. The craft vendors always
have something to surprise, from
metal sculptures to hand made
lotions, to cutting boards, and
more.
The Lancaster Farmers’ Market is open every Saturday until
the beginning of October from 9
a.m. to noon. It is located in
Centennial Park. The Market
Norman Kennedy, Margaret Bennett, and Skip Gorman entertained
