Old Business:-The venmo procedure is still a work in progress.
New Business:
-Lynn shared an Engagement Agreement, from the attorney we’ ve worked with in the past. This agreement secures our confidentiality, and propose a fair, flat hourly rate. The President of the Association will be the point of contact.
A motion was made by Karson Duncanson, seconded by Amber Duncanson, to enter into an Engagement Agreement with Allison Eklund. Motion carried unanimously.
Motion was made by Karson Duncanson, seconded by Paul Hansen to adjourn the Board of Directors meeting at 8:47pm. Motion passed unanimously.
