Meeting was called to order by Lynn-Ellen St. Martin at 7:07 PM Public Open Comment: None Secretary’ s Report: Liz Bauer
Motion made by James Duenow, seconded by Lori Taylor to approve the June 4th, 2025, Board Meeting Minutes. Motion carried unanimously.
Treasurer’ s Report: Arlene Bayer
As of June 30, 2025 Checking $ 134,676.44 CD’ s-Minnco CU $ 70,562.48

Balance Sheet and Income Statement was presented, YTD Net Income( Loss) is($ 9,830.69) and LYTD Net Income( Loss) was $ 6,052.93. It was reminded that a big change between last year and this year was the $ 10,000 down payment to Simon’ s to secure 2025 Champ show.
Motion made by Julie Gintner, seconded by Paul Hansen, to approve the June 30th, 2025, treasurer’ s report subject to audit. Motion carried unanimously.
Correspondence: Clubs may request late membership additions for $ 10 per member, not to exceed $ 50 per club. 66 late memberships have been received to date, totaling $ 140 in late fees.
Committee Reports: Awards Banquet: Julia Northwick
Absent. Nothing to report.
Computer: Jake Flodquist
Absent. Jake has been working on questions related to qualifications and is working on export prices for Champ show.
