Round-robins and free clinics for pickleball are increasing in frequency . They give residents an opportunity to join in the fun and try it out . Free resident clinics for non-club members are put on by pro Donna Roisom monthly , so watch for them in the Charbonneau Weekly Update for times and dates . Pickleball is a great way to enhance your exercise , socialize with new residents , meet up with friends and just have fun and enjoyment . It is one of the many perks of living in Charbonneau .
From John McLain : The outdoor courts continue to be outdoor courts . After construction permits are issued by the city of Wilsonville , and the construction is completed , the Google satellite view of Charbonneau Sports Center will no longer look like the image with this article .
The wheels are turning at the city . Really ! The supply chain is working again . The funding has already been approved and the contractor is ready to go . Construction will begin soon , probably . Maybe by the time this article is published . I hope .
