Exciting upward momentum for this new sport with unbeaten runs for our teams and national placement for our U15 girls

Now in its second year, the volleyball programme has enjoyed another year of growth in participation and performance across the school.
The undoubted highlight of the year has been the U15 girls’ performance in the Volleyball England Club Nationals. Knowing that their performance over the first two rounds would determine if they would qualify for the Last 8s, the girls put in some excellent performances by beating some of the biggest club sides in the country, notably Boswells and Ashcombe. SPORT REVIEW lost their first game to MK City 26-24, 26-24 before bouncing back with a commanding win against Ashfield Vipers. They lost the final game against the eventual winners, Richmond, but their performance left them ranked as the sixth best side in the country. The team also were unbeaten across their regular season fixtures against other schools.
The boys’ 1st team have also enjoyed an excellent season, winning 12 out of their 14 games including a clean sweep against the American schools. Excitingly, most of the team will still be here next year, and we
