CURLING thought-provoking , reminding her of the challenges she faced when she started to curl , and an eye-opener which allowed her to engage with all the teams , not just her own .
In the Sevenoaks Bonspiel , the U18As won gold , the U14As won silver and the U14Bs won bronze . Our U14As also won the Novice Championship Cup in the English Schools Championships ( ESC ).
Memorable moments include Henry Wilkinson ’ s last shot ‘ double take-out ’ in the first game of the ESC ; Team Stiasny being the only team in the ESC to beat the eventual winners , and Team Kiggell becoming silver medallists at the England U21 Curling Championship Playdowns .
The U18 team Player of the Year was Helena Kiggell and Most Improved Player went to Ed Brown . The U14 squad Player of the Season was Henry Wilkinson , while the Most Improved Player was Lily Dunster .

Our largest ever squad triumphs in two major tournaments
This year was our largest ever squad with 19 players , and despite the short season , we managed a few friendly matches and two major tournaments . The progress of all players has been quite exceptional , and we had new assistant coach on board from the Sixth Form , Helena Kiggell .
