Mini Cinnamon Rolls MAKES 16 MINI CINNAMON ROLLS Ingredients 1-8oz tube crescent roll dough 2 Tablespoons butter cinnamon brown sugar For the maple icing: 1 teaspoon maple syrup 1 Tablespoon skim milk 3/4 cup powdered sugar Instructions Preheat oven according to crescent roll dough package directions. Layout half the dough (4 triangles) and pinch all the seams together. Flip over and pinch the seams on the back side together too. Using a rolling pin, smooth the seams and roll the dough into a square about 1/4” thick. Brush with half the butter, and sprinkle with as much cinnamon and brown sugar as you want. Roll into a log and cut into 8 pieces. Place mini cinnamon rolls into a non-stick sprayed mini muffi n tin. Repeat steps 1 and 2 with the other half of the crescent roll dough. Bake according to package directions. Meanwhile whisk together maple syrup and milk in a bowl. Add in powdered sugar until desired consistency is reached. Drizzle over warm cinnamon rolls. Bake 9-11 minutes until edges turn golden brown. Place one chocolate in the cen- ter of the cookie cup; press down. Top with a second chocolate. Let cookie cups cool until the chocolates are once again fi rm to the touch. Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for a week or two! Mini Popovers To make wee popovers, butter a mini muffi n pan or spray it well with nonstick spray; put it in the oven and turn it on to 450F. In a medium bowl, whisk together 1 large egg, 1/4 cup fl our and 1/4 cup milk. Care- fully remove the pan from the oven and pour a spoonful of bat- ter into each cup, fi lling it 3/4 full. Immediately return the pan to the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, until ���� the popovers are puffed and golden. Tip ���� them in the pan to help them cool, and serve with butter and jam. ����������������������������������������� Blueberry Pancake Bites So easy and so tasty. Instructions 1 cup of Flour 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder 2 teaspoon Sugar 1 Egg, beaten 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla 1/2 cup Milk 2 tablespoon melted Butter 1/2 cup of Blueberries Instructions Preheat oven to 375. Spray donut hole pan with nonstick spray. Whisk together fl our, baking powder and sugar. Stir together egg, vanilla, milk and butter. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients Fill each hole 2/3 full and press 2 blueberries in each cavity. Bake 12 minutes then fl ip each hole and bake for another 3 minutes. Serve with maple syrup or blueberry syrup, glaze or dusted in powdered sugar, if desired. Chocolate Chip Cookie Cups Ingredients Your favorite chocolate cookie dough or 1 pouch Betty Crocker Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix 1 stick butter, softened 1 egg 48 chocolate candies, unwrapped Instructions Preheat oven to 350. Mix together the chocolate chip cookie mix, butter and egg per the instructions on the package. Press cookie dough into mini muffi n cups. Use your thumb or a spoon to leave a small indentation in the middle of the cup.
