PRESENTATION TEXT Semana Film Festival was conceived as another window for Brazilian films, at a time when many of them had difficulty finding exhibition spaces in Rio de Janeiro. Since then a lot has changed, new venues and possibilities of diffusion have arisen, but at the same time the Brazilian production has increased considerably.
