Depression and Suicide
High school is scary. There are so many changes in everything, and everything seems more important. Dating, friendships, school work, and colleges all weigh down on you, and there isn’t anything that you can do about it. It’s normal to feel overwhelmed and stressed, but if it lasts longer than a few weeks there could be something wrong.
If you have signs of depression, or know someone who does, than you should ACT.
Acknowledge that you see signs of depression or suicide in a friend
Show your friend that you Care about them
Tell a trusted adult to that they can get help
