We have initiated a capstone team to carry out the strategies for the recruitment and onboarding of staff , as part of a project for the M . S . Ed . higher education program . This project extends to the development of an intranet / internal resources system , enhancing our staff ’ s access to vital information . Additionally , selected strategies have found a natural home within the charges of division committees , with a particular emphasis on professional development and recognition .
Beyond the eight stages examined to enrich workplace culture , we have considered four core employee needs identified by Gallup : manageremployee relationships , role clarity , value to the team , and worklife integration . These pillars will guide our efforts as we continue to cultivate a supportive and empowering work environment .
