Introduction:
BMR means Basal Metabolic rate which is
the normal metabolic rate at rest of your
body. With this BMR you can measure and
know how many calories you need
depending on your exercise rate. The two
things you need to know for getting the
BMR is your height and your weight, then
you need to do calculation with a series of
formulas for getting also the correct diet
calories. BMR depends a lot on the genre
and age of people because metabolic rates
are very different from each other.
Metabolism is all the chemical and
physical processes within the body that
converts the food we eat into energy.
The metabolism varies also depending
on your genre and age.
Taking the correct diet depending on your
calories that you should eat will make a you
a healthy person and your ingestion of
proteins, vitamins and minerals will be
balanced. Every person needs to have the
correct balanced meals in order to stay
healthy.

Victor´s Procedure:
1) 66 + (6.23 x weight in pounds) + (12.77 x
height in inches) - (6.8 x age
in years).
2) 66 + (6.23 x 143.3) + (12.77 x 71.65) (6.8 x 16)
3) 66 + (892.76) + (914.97) - (108.8)
4) 1764.93
If you are moderately active (moderate
exercise/sports 3-5 days/week): BMR x 1.55
1764.93 x 1.55 = 2,735.64
* If I have to decide if I want to gain or lose
weight I will prefer to gain weight.*
