You need to avoid drinking soda because it
has many chemicals that are bad for your
body and it contains too much sugar and
gas that damage your metabolism and
produce uncommon chemical reactions; the
optimal drink is water because it is
completely natural and it contains a lot of
minerals. in every meal you should eat a
little bit of everything, trying to eat foods like
meat, cereals, vegetables and lactose that
are rich in its respective type of nutrient. To
have a healthy diet you have to follow basic
steps of nutrition and eat in breakfast, lunch
and dinner. The meats that you need to eat
the most are fish and chicken because red
meat contains a lot of fats and meat like fish
contains Omega 3 that helps you to think
