REGISTRATION
Everyone attending must always register and wear a badge . Please visit registration upon your arrival , located in the Summit Pre-Function 4 area .
Monday 7:30 a . m .– 5:00 p . m . Tuesday 7:15 a . m .– 6:00 p . m . Wednesday 7:45 a . m .– 6:00 p . m . Thursday 7:45 a . m .– 2:00 p . m .
COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES
AMTA and AWWA are committed to protecting public health . Together with Caesars Forum and Harrah ’ s Las Vegas Hotel & Casino , and in consideration of CDC guidance and state and local government requirements & guidance , we are currently planning for the following health and safety measures during MTC22 .
• All conference participants ( regardless of vaccination status ), are required to wear masks indoors . This includes conference facilities , hotels , and ALL MTC22 events , sessions , meetings , and exhibit space .
• AMTA and AWWA Show Management will wear masks and have masks available as needed
• Physical distancing encouraged
• Hand sanitizing stations
• Waiver review and release required to obtain attendance The safety measures may be updated if conditions change .
SPEAKERS & MODERATORS
All speakers and moderators should pick up their badge at Registration and check in with staff at the specified counter . We will offer a presenter preparation room Alliance 310 . No computers available .
INTERNET ACCESS
The Caesars Forum offers complimentary WiFi for basic WiFi needs throughout the meeting and exhibit space .

MTC MOBILE APP
Download the MTC22 Mobile App for dates to the printed program , session descriptions , and speaker biographies . The App is searchable by speaker , keyword , or exhibitor . Download “ AWWA Events ” from your App store , open the application , and choose Membrane Technology Conference 2022 . Logging in is not required to browse the app ; however , to build your personal schedule , and track CEUs , please use the login credentials that were emailed to you and available at Registration .
CONTINUING EDUCATION
Use the MTC Mobile App to earn Certificates of Completion for sessions , posters , workshops , tours , and Exhibit Hall Education Sessions . Please verify requirements with your licensing agency to receive credit for your attendance .
Instructions :
• Download the App “ AWWA Events ” from your app store
• Open the Event 2022 Membrane Technology Conference
• Login to the App using Last Name & the number printed beneath barcode on your badge
• Each session has a unique “ check-in ” and “ check-out ” code , to track your attendance
• The moderator will announce the check-in code and check-out code for each session .
• Using the App , enter the codes into the Parent Session ( not each talk ) upon arrival and upon leaving the room .

CONFERENCE PROCEEDINGS
Conference proceedings will be available online to all registrants and can be accessed on the online program . About four weeks after the conference , a URL will be emailed to attendees to access the complete proceedings . The proceedings will be accessible until Monday , August 29 , 2022 .
