Tim’s first job in a nursery developed his love of plants and the relaxing
pleasure of watering the garden. He would catch the train to and from work
until one day he decided to take himself for a wander into the city.
After this very stressful episode for his Mum and Dad, he was escorted to
and from work, (much to his disgust).
Tim was to later pull a similar trick when he caught a taxi independently.
But that’s a story to be told later on.
Tim worked for many years at WorkPower his main aim was to socialise and
brighten the work place. Challenging for the staff but none the less, he was
loved. Tim retired last year after again being ‘cheeky’ and simply refusing to
go to work. He cherished his retirement gift - a CD player and CDs.
The house echoed of Glenn Campbell, Roy Orbison, Neil Diamond etc
and bad luck if you didn’t like it!!!!
