Band member Billy Krause was the first to encourage Perry to perform the songs he’ d composed in between writing bestselling books. Kevin and Dan kindly rely on the“ strangeness of others” to inspire stories and songs. Best known for his popular commentaries on National Public Radio’ s“ All Things Considered,” Kevin’ s autobiographical tales are as enchanting as they are true to life.
