Learn to sail, take a kayak tour through the salt marshes guided by a naturalist, paddle at sunset, try SUPY (an exercise that combines yoga and stand-up paddleboarding), or rent some equipment and choose your own adventure. Located on Rainbow Island, the facility is staffed with instructors eager to help people of all experience levels hone their skills and create lasting memories in the marshes, river or ocean. Elite Junior Golf School: For motivated junior players ages 12 to 18, the Elite Junior Golf School is designed for those with a handicap of 10 or better and trains potential pros in all facets of the game as well as golf fitness and clubfitting.
