GENTLE YOGA $ 65 ($ 20 DROP-IN )
Suited for seniors as well as those wanting a gentler approach to yoga . Covers gentle stretches in seated poses , standing or lying down on the back or belly . Sometimes chairs or the wall are used . Highlighted focus on breathing , adapting , adjusting , and accommodating are encouraged .

RESTORATIVE YOGA $ 65 ($ 20 DROP-IN )
Stay in supported gentle yoga positions for 5-10 minutes with aids ( blankets , blocks , bolsters , straps and lavender-filled eye pillows ) to release stress , tension and physical issues . Chairs are used for some poses and are always available . Please arrive early to collect your materials and get settled . Materials : The center has mats , blocks , blankets , bolsters ( limited ) and straps , but feel free to bring your own .
LINE DANCING $ 60 ($ 18 DROP-IN )
Come learn both “ new ” and classic line dances to various genres of music . This activity is a great exercise for the body and mind . No partner needed . All levels welcome .

Learn how to box ! Classes will cover how to throw punches , footwork , boxing combinations , boxing techniques , cognitive memory patterns and partner mitt work . Participants must have good balance and be in good health . Come and enjoy the fun ! Requested equipment : Mitts , gloves , wraps or glove wraps , water bottle , and towel .

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING $ 60 ($ 18 DROP-IN )
This class works with hand weights , bands , and body weight . It is a full-body workout , it is seated and standing . The class is a Tabata style but each week the workout is different . Options to make the moves harder and easier are given for all levels . It is a guaranteed workout and a good time ! This class helps mobility , strength , and balance . Equipment needed : weights ( according to your strength level ) and circular closed bands .
