How to Register for a Class :
In Office : Walk into the Sea Country Community Center ( 24602 Aliso Creek Road , Laguna Niguel , CA 92677 ) and register during business hours 9am-4pm .
Mail In : Mail your completed registration form to : Sea Country Senior & Community Center 24602 Aliso Creek Road Laguna Niguel , CA 92677 Make sure to include your credit card information or a check , made payable to the City of Laguna Niguel .
Fax In : Sea Country Center ' s fax number : 949.425.5161 . Please include your credit card information and signature on registration form .
Online : Register online at : cityoflagunaniguel . org / registration . It ' s easy , and all you need is a valid email address . Note : a non-refundable convenience fee will apply .
GENTLE YOGA l $ 136 ( 8 classes ) $ 20 drop-in Suited for seniors , this covers gentle stretches in seated poses or standing or laying down on back or belly . Chairs are used , and the wall . Focus on breathing , adapting , adjusting , and accommodating are encouraged . Recommended materials : bring your own yoga mats , blocks , towels and / or blankets and strap . RESTORATIVE YOGA l $ 136 ( 8 classes ) $ 20 drop-in Stay in a supported gentle yoga position for 5-10 minutes with aides ( blankets , blocks , straps ) to release stress , tension , and physical issues . Recommended materials : bring your own yoga mats , blocks , towels and / or blankets and strap . LINE DANCING l $ 40 ( 5 classes ) $ 10 drop-in
Line Dancing is a fun and easy way to get moving . Come learn this popular dance and get in shape at the same time ! This class is appropriate for beginners and intermediate students . No partners are needed . No experience needed and all levels of experience welcome .
