Certificates will not be issued to any participant under the age of 16 attending the
‘Safeguarding and Protecting Children’ suite of workshops.

Cancellation by the Workshop Booking Centre
The Workshop Booking Centre may choose to cancel the workshop if the workshop
organiser does not meet the terms and conditions.
The Workshop Booking Centre may be required to cancel the workshop if a tutor cannot
be found or is not able to deliver the workshop at short notice. However, the Workshop
Booking Centre will try to negotiate alternative dates where possible.

Cancellation by the Workshop Organiser
The Workshop Organiser may choose to cancel their workshop with no charge when five
or more working days’ notice is given.
A charge of £50 will be made for a cancellation of a workshop if less than five working
days’ notice is given.
A minimum charge of £50 and up to the total fee may be charged if little or no notice is
given of a cancellation as this may result in the tutor travelling to the workshop. The
charge will depend on the circumstances.

Fees
An invoice for workshop fees, resources and postage and packing will be sent within
seven days of the dispatch of the resources.
All invoices should be paid within 30 days.
