What resources do you have ?
We have 10 sets of equipment for training and try dives , including five new regulators for open water . We have acquired kit from ex-divers and a number of suits , mostly semi-dry , of assorted sizes , which members borrow for training , before acquiring their own . Bygone predation from 1966 put a three-year development plan in place , aiming to become family friendly , more inclusive and expand our range of community projects . We looked for divers already qualified who wanted to dive with a club . We encouraged younger members , juniors with diving parents or non-diving parents . We looked to see where we could involve the whole family in our activities . We encouraged parents bringing their youngsters for try dives to have a go themselves and this has been remarkably effective in adding adult members .
