THE EVER-POPULAR BSAC YEAR PLANNER IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR 2024 , enabling members and clubs to start organising for the year ahead . And , new for 2024 , a shared ‘ subscription ’ version of the planner is also available .
As well as space to add notes , the BSAC year planner shows spring and neap tide information throughout 2024 , so trips can be planned accordingly .
With the tides for a full 12 months , the planner is really useful for mapping out both individual member and club dives for the coming year .
Available as a printable PDF in either A4 or A3 , the traditional version of the year planner is perfect for the dive club noticeboard . BSAC has also created the planner in larger sizes – A2 and A1 – which can be sent to your local printers or copy shop if you need a large size .
All sizes have the option of with or without printing marks and bleeds .
Digital subscription calendar
As well as the printable version , there is now also a shared ‘ subscription ’ calendar featuring all spring and neap tides , available for smartphones , iPads and shared calendars on desktop computers . Subscribing to this calendar called ‘ BSAC year planner ’ will place spring and neap tide information directly into the calendar on your device .
Anyone who no longer wishes to see the calendar can unsubscribe and remove it at any time .
Note : spring / neap tide information is provided as an approximation only for long-term planning and those organising a dive trip should check and plan for local tides as part of their standard safety preparation .

Update your MyBSAC app today
BSAC MEMBERS WITH AN OLDER version of the MyBSAC app on their smartphone are being advised to upgrade to the latest version to ensure they retain full functionality .
Older versions of the app had a bug which affected the renewal functionality .
Members who still have an older version of the app may also receive incorrect messages about their renewal payments .
Launched in 2021 , the MyBSAC app puts all your essential BSAC membership information at your fingertips , meaning you have a convenient and accessible way to manage your membership .
The latest version has new functionality added , enabling instructors to sign off lessons on the app . The current version ( 1.2.6 ) also includes a ‘ force-to-update ’ feature , which automatically prompts users when a newer version is available .
If you are unsure which version you are using , simply delete the app and re-install it from Google Play or the Apple Store .
