Remember them
We use this image to highlight that many human lives were lost when the ships pictured here sank . This photo was taken on a wreck where many people perished – soldiers as well as civilians . We found this scene in a corridor on the ship : a woman ’ s shoe , a handbag and a military belt with a pistol . A short distance away there was also a basket filled with children ’ s shoes . Just as random as the difference between life and sudden , terrible death can be . Please remember them and their stories . �
