Liberty rebreather course comes online
BSAC HAS RELEASED ITS NEW DIVESOFT Liberty CCR Diver course - the latest in its suite of rebreather courses . Revealed at the recent Go Diving Show in Coventry , the BSAC Divesoft Liberty CCR course is open to anyone at Sports Diver or above , who is looking to move into the world of rebreather diving . Candidates must also hold BSAC ’ s Accelerated Decompression Procedures qualification or other agency equivalent . The first fault-tolerant electronically controlled rebreather released into the recreational diving market , the versatile Divesoft Liberty CCR is an ideal entry-level rebreather as well as being suitable for more seasoned CCR divers . The new MOD 1 course will teach students how to dive the Divesoft Liberty unit to a maximum depth of 45m . The course comprises of nine theory lessons , followed by dry practical and open water sessions . Course author Nick Jewson said the
