Scotch endeavours to offer boys the best learning environments possible, equipped with the facilities and technology to give students every opportunity to aim high and flourish in their academic and personal pursuits.
To ensure we continue to grow and improve our facilities with strategic foresight, this Plan brings our stakeholders alongside experts, to collaboratively establish a long term, integrated, and responsible plan for all future developments to our campuses.
Underpinned by cutting-edge research, we are working with staff to develop a comprehensive Employee Value Proposition. Alongside a new People and Culture Strategy and Teaching and Learning Framework, it is our desire to establish Scotch as the school of choice for professional growth and a place renowned for our contribution to research, teaching and learning.
Our new weekly Staff Learning Program, established in 2025, is one example of our desire to support teaching excellence that ultimately, seeks to improve learning experiences for our boys.
