Statement represent a collective, institutional endeavor to propel our community forward.
The strategic planning committee reviewed previous division strategic plans and reports to inform the development of this document. Additionally, initiatives such as the Monarch Plan for Inclusive Excellence and SCL Diversity and Inclusion Statement highlight our steadfast commitment to nurturing an environment where every individual is valued. As we honor these influential documents while embracing the necessary changes for tomorrow, the strategic planning committee used historical insights to inform a road map for success.
