Restrictions; The package is for a maximum of 10 individuals, including children. Weeks run from Saturday- Saturday. Winning bidders can enjoy their week stay in the home during any available week within 1 full year from the date of purchase. Bookings are handled on a first come, first served basis- subject to availability at the time of booking. Reservations are made within 30 days of winning or offer is void and no longer valid. Week selections are based on availability. If at least 4 weeks are not available to choose from, the window limit will be extended to allow 4 weeks from which to choose. There are no refunds or rescheduling for cancellations of unused bookings. The vacation package cannot be resold and it is not transferable. Airfare not included.
