2 . Receipts Receipts listing all ITB 2017 expenditures ( tickets , sponsorships , items , merchandise , etc .) will be supplied with items at the time of pick up . For those not picking up physical items or gift certificates , receipts will be delivered to you the week following the gala . All items are sold as is and all sales are final . Item values listed on the receipt are a good faith estimate of their fair market value . Science & Arts Academy strives to provide accurate information about auction items . Regarding gift certificates if you are the successful bidder , you are responsible for making contact with the donor of the gift as per the instructions on the gift certificate .
