2. Receipts Receipts listing all ITB 2017 expenditures( tickets, sponsorships, items, merchandise, etc.) will be supplied with items at the time of pick up. For those not picking up physical items or gift certificates, receipts will be delivered to you the week following the gala. All items are sold as is and all sales are final. Item values listed on the receipt are a good faith estimate of their fair market value. Science & Arts Academy strives to provide accurate information about auction items. A potential tax deductible charitable contribution may be available for the excess of the amount paid over the value of the item; please consult a tax professional.
TERMS & CONDITIONS All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds. All items purchased will have an expiration date of March 17, 2018, unless otherwise specified. All“ Time with Teachers” items purchased will have an expiration date of December 31, 2017, unless otherwise specified. Gift certificates should carefully be reviewed for stipulations. Regarding gift certificates if you are the successful bidder, you are responsible for making contact with the donor of the gift as per the instructions on the gift certificate. Science & Arts Academy cannot replace lost gift certificates.

The 2017 ITB Committee and Science & Arts Academy regret any errors, changes, or substitutions due to printing deadlines, mistakes, or unforeseeable circumstances. Auction officials reserve the right to package, arrange and display any merchandise at their discretion. Actual order of items sold, or shifts between auction categories, may occur.
Science & Arts Academy and the ITB Committee are not liable for any damage or injury that may result from participation in, or the use or application of, any donated item or service. The purchaser of any item or service agrees to, and expressly does, release and hold Science & Arts Academy, donor and the ITB Committee harmless from any and all claims for liability for any such damage or injury. Neither Science & Arts Academy nor the ITB Committee make any representations or warranties as to any donated services or items, which are under the supervision and control of the donor or provider.
