Science and technology have gone a long way since their creation . Every day , every moment , are carried out discoveries in the world of science , technology , health , climate change and much more . Computers are one of the most important inventions ever . Without the use of computers , technology wouldn ’ t have gone this far . Almost everything today is linked in some way , to computers . Before they were invented , very little was known about outer space and solving complicated math and physics problems was very slow . We have gone a long way since the first computer was invented . The first computer was very big and it was hard to work with . Whereas nowadays the computers are much simpler and smaller .
Arthur C Clark was a noted Science Fiction writer who wrote three “ laws ” regarding science and magic : 1 . When a distinguished and elderly scientist says that something is possible , he is almost certainly right . When he states that something is impossible , he is very probably wrong . 2 . The only way of discovering the limits of the possible is to venture a little way past them into the impossible 3 . Any sufficiently advanced technology is indistinguishable from magic . Truly , any of our current tech would seem like magic to our ancestors , and it ’ s only developing more rapidly .
