What is Career Architecture?
Career Architecture helps prepare students for the workforce
from day one. Whether you are deciding upon or anticipating
a specific major, we offer you a distinctive approach to
exploring new paths, changing destinations, and mapping
your vision for the future. With the support of our career
experts and committed faculty, the process helps you
to develop a personalized strategic plan based on your
motivated strengths, interests, values, and individual goals.
Through the Career Architecture process, you will begin to
align your personal values and strengths with professional
interests and ambitions while learning inside and outside of
the classroom. We are committed to the Stevenson Promise
to meet students where they are in the process of career
decision-making. Students at Stevenson University will
participate in and acquire experience in Personal Direction,
Discipline Expertise, and Professional Know-How.
