Molecular Pharmacology of Bioactive Proteins
My research group studies the molecular pharmacology of venom toxins using computational and experimental approaches to understand their pathogenesis and immunogenicity, leading to the discovery and development of novel biotherapeutics, such as synthetic aptabodies.

My expertise includes proteomics, advanced protein technologies, heterologous expression and structuralfunction analysis in high-throughput screening of molecular targets.
My team also specialises in biomolecular modelling of bioactive proteins, protein domain architecture and pharmacophore modelling. Our integrative expertise supports therapeutic and diagnostic development.
