With expertise in asset pricing , corporate finance and financial economics , his interdisciplinary approach integrates various fields in research and teaching . Committed to enhancing student learning experiences , he employs innovative pedagogical methods . DILIP heads the Digital Transformation research cluster at the School of Business . With over 20 years in academia , he has advised various organisations on digital marketing and transformation , conducts workshops , and serves on several editorial boards . Dilip is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy ( UK ) as well as an HRDF-Certified Trainer . GANESHSREE holds a master and PhD in Pure Mathematics from the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia . With extensive editorial and reviewing roles for prestigious journals , she is a prolific researcher in fuzzy mathematics , artificial intelligence and deep learning . JANE chairs the Equity , Diversity and Inclusion ( EDI ) Committee at Monash University Malaysia . She is also an associate editor of the Journal of Asian Business and Management . A cross-cultural management researcher , her work appears in top-tier journals . Recognised for her teaching excellence , she has received multiple awards and led significant roles in academic leadership .
