Staff Retreat
On 2 December , 2022 , more than half the School - both academic and professional staff - went on a retreat at the Lost World of Tambun . The three-day activity provided and opportunity for staff-bonding and team enjoyment outside the workplace , a long-awaited experience after social-distancings and lockdowns .
The retreat was designed to encourage transformation and strategic planning for the School in preparation for AACSB accreditation visits in 2024 . Staff members participated in a constructive dialogue in our collective goal to make the School ’ s deliverables and processes better . The retreat also provided a platform for all staff to come together and reconnect with one another via fun team-building exercises .
