Entrepreneurial Mindset
The Entrepreneurship and Innovation Hub ( eiHub ) plays an integral role to the School ’ s commitment to responsible management education and contributes to the objectives in a number of ways .
The eiHub nurtures aspiring student entrepreneurs through providing coaching and training , research and engagement with the industry . The eiHub elevates awareness on key social issues through workshops for students and staff on building scalable and sustainable startups that can solve social , environmental and economic challenges facing the world .
Entrepreneurial Skills Series
As part of the initiative to inculcate an entrepreneurial spirit and mindset culture at Monash University Malaysia , the eiHub conducted the Entrepreneurial Skills Series . Made up of seven Modules , this program was designed to offer students opportunities to enrich and expand their knowledge on entrepreneurial fundamentals within an experiential learning setting .

eiHub Challenge : Ideas for Tomorrow
The eiHub Challenge calls on students to create viable solutions to solve existing problems surrounding issues of inclusivity through better design and leveraging technology . The 2022 challenge theme “ Redesigned for 8 to 80 ” encouraged students to pitch ideas that could bridge the gap of accessibility for all age groups . The challenge culminated in a final pitch session where participants presented their ideas to a panel of judges , comprising industry experts and entrepreneurs .
Design Thinking Bootcamp
The Design Thinking Bootcamp was a five-day immersive program that equipped participants with the knowledge and skills of the design thinking methodology , using the A3 Model . Participants experienced the full design thinking process while working on an authentic problem .
