Students seeking to specialise in research or advance their knowledge of the international environment , can pursue a postgraduate program .

Bachelor of Business and Commerce
A course that allows you to choose from nine different majors that would meet your desired career interests . It also offers entrepreneurship and leadership skills through a range of units that challenges critical thinking and ability to engage with real world problems , including :

Capstone Units are a multifaceted body of learning and work that serves as a culminating academic and intellectual experience for students . All undergraduate students at the School of Business undertake a Capstone Unit in their final year .
Bachelor of Business and Commerce ( Honours )
A one-year program designed for high-achieving students who are interested in pursuing advanced studies in one of the specialist business areas .
Graduates of this program who receive first- or secondclass ( upper ) honours will be fast-tracked into the Monash Doctoral Program ( PhD ) without having to first complete a master ’ s degree .
Bachelor of Business and Commerce and Bachelor of Digital Media and Communication
Postgraduate Courses Master of International Business
The Master of International Business will advance one ’ s business skills from a global perspective . This program focuses on strengthening your ability to engage within the international environment and understand how cross-cultural international business operates .
Postgraduate Diploma in Business
This research-centred course focuses on a number of highly valued key skills within the industry and in academia . Students are guided to approach practical problems from a broader intellectual perspective . Graduates with first-class honours have the opportunity to enter the Monash Doctoral Program ( PhD ) without having to complete a master ’ s degree in research .
Master of Philosophy
The Master of Philosophy allows you to develop in-depth knowledge , expertise and skills through the application of research to business challenges , with support from at least two supervisors . Completing relevant coursework will allow entry into the PhD program .
Doctor of Philosophy
This program consists of an extensive , independent research project in your discipline of choice , supported by at least two academic supervisors throughout your candidature . Your study will result in a research thesis which makes a valuable contribution to the current body of knowledge on your chosen topic .
A double degree course recommended for those interested in exploring the close relation of digital media and communication with business . In line with the School ’ s initiative with authentic assessments , digital media and communication helps enhance critical and strategic thinking in communication management of business . Students of this course will also acquire two different degree fields which allows for wider career options .
